1. Payment Terms

Payment is due only after confirmation of the appointment. No advance payment is required.

2. GST Invoice and Receipt

An invoice and receipt will be provided within 24 hours after payment is received.

3. Unavailable Dates

Please inform us in advance of any dates you cannot attend. We will exclude those dates when scheduling your appointment.

4. Earliest Available Dates

Appointments will be scheduled at the earliest available dates within the specified timeframe.

5. Single Scheduling Policy

Appointments will be scheduled only once based on the initial agreement. No requests for rescheduling will be accepted after scheduling.

6. Rescheduling

If rescheduling is necessary due to client unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, it will be treated as a new request and will incur a new charge.
